Terms of ordering

These terms apply when you order from Spice of Lahore, 461c Cheetham Hill Road, Manchester M8 9PA, through this website.
Ordering
- You can order for takeaway (collection) or delivery. Orders are accepted only while we are open and only from menus that are available at that time.
- All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT. We do not charge a delivery fee or any hidden charges.
- Please check your basket and details before you place the order. Your phone number must be correct so we can contact you.
Payment and acceptance
- Pay now (card): you pay through Stripe. Your order is confirmed as soon as the payment is confirmed.
- Cash on collection or delivery: your order is a request until the restaurant accepts it. We may decline an order, for example if an item has run out. You will see the result on your order page and nothing is charged.
Delivery
- We deliver with our own riders within 2 miles of the restaurant. The minimum delivery order is £15.00.
- Times shown (about 45 minutes for delivery and 20 minutes for collection) are estimates and may be longer when we are busy.
- Please make sure someone can receive the order at the address you give. If we cannot reach you or deliver, we may have to cancel the order.
- For collection, please collect your order promptly so the food stays fresh.
Allergies and dietary needs
If you have a food allergy or special dietary requirement, please tell us before ordering. Please tell us about any allergy in the notes at checkout and by phone, as our kitchen handles many ingredients.

Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights as a consumer. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as severe weather or road closures.
